50 Questions

Ahh. It's been a while since I did any surveys/questions about myself. I think it's good to do them so I can learn more about myself. Plus, It's also to look back on these when I like to take a walk down memory lane. Lets start shall we. 

1. What are your nicknames? What do you prefer to be called?
My dad likes to call me "chuot" when I was growing up. Now, because of my handle name, people call me "Moogle" or "Mooglefett." You guys do know what a google is, right> XD

2. What books on your shelf are begging to be read?
 Can you guys recommend any books to read? I'll admit, I've been slacking off. >.<* Last book I read was Crazy Rich Asians.

3. How often do you doodle? What do your doodles look like?
  I actually doodle. A lot. They're mostly stick figures with silly faces on them. ^_^

4. What do you do if you can’t sleep at night? Do you count sheep? Toss and Turn? Try to get up and do something productive? When I can't sleep, I like to watch Netflix, or just have the TV on until I'm stupid tired. And no, I don't count sheep. What I find myself doing lately is making up stories in my head that I would like to see as a movie someday. I would often share that with my friends to get their input. And another thing I do, which i should seriously stop doing, is eating a ton of snacks right before i fall asleep, I think I finished a new bag of goldfish crackers last night. >.<*


5. How many days could you last in solitary confinement? How would you do it? Hmmm... I think I'm able to do that if I had all the gadgets in my room. You know. Laptop, music, game consoles, my cell phone... yeah... I could do it. Not sure how long tho. 


6. Do you save old greeting cards and letters? Throw them away?
OMG. I save EVERYTHING! From old penal letters, to sticky notes. It;s like a nice time time capsule. A lot of my old letters has a lot of sanrio and lisa frank stickers. Those were the days!

7. Who is the biggest pack rat you know? Hmm... I can't think of anyone at the moment.

8. When making an entrance in to a party, do you make your presence known? Do you slip in and look for someone you know? Do you sneak in quietly and find a safe spot to roost? When I go to a party, I want to look my best. Because when I look my best, I feel my best. And yes, I would attend parties with people I know, like my trustee girlfriends. I feel uneasy when I attend a party with no one to hang onto for the night. Otherwise, I'll just go, say hi, and bounce! 

9. What is your strongest sense? If you had to give one up, which would it be? I want to say my hearing is impeccable. And if I had to give one up, it be just that.  


10. How many times a day do you look at yourself in the mirror? When I wash my face, brush my teeth, put on make up, and take like a gazillion selfies!



11. What is the strangest thing you believed as a child? That if I swallowed a watermelon seed, a watermelon will grow in my belly!


12. What is one guilty pleasure you enjoy too much to give up? Coffee. Coffee. Coffee. COFFFFFFEEEEEEEEE!!!!!


13. Who performs the most random acts of kindness out of everyone you know? My dad. When I was a little girl, my dad would sell fruits outside the Vinh Phat supermarket. ($1 a pound!!!) I remember an old man begging in front of the store. He would then go from one garbage can to another. He'll pick up recyclable items and eat any left overs that people threw away. My dad would always slice fruits and offer the old man some. When we leave, he would put money in his hand, shake the old man's hand, and tell him to get himself something to eat. It resonated with me.



14. How often do you read the newspaper? Which paper? Which sections? When I was younger, I used to read the Sac Bee newspaper a lot. Now, I just get all the news online.



15. Which animals scare you most? Why? Spiders. SPIDERS.... do I really need to explain?!



16. Are you more likely to avoid conflict or engage it head-on? It all depends. If I have a solution for the conflict, I will engage head on. But it's if something out of my control, for which I have no solution to, I will just let it be.



17. What was the most recent compliment you’ve received and savoured? The most recent came from my niece Angelina. She complimented me on my dress and watch. She thought it was really pretty. So she went to school and drew me a portrait of myself in that dress and watch. I thought that was really sweet and touching.



18. What is something about yourself that you hope will change, but probably never will?

My height! I'm so short! Arg... thank God for heels
19. Are you a creature of habit? Explain. I eat. I sleep. I go potty. Repeat. ^_^


20. Are you high maintenance? Explain. I am not high maintenance. Nope. 



21. When was the last time you really pushed yourself to your physical limits? Man, I always tell myself I would do those marathons, 5k runs, and all that good stuff, but I get so discouraged and end up not doing it.



22. Do you have a whole lot of acquaintances or just a few very close friends? Why? Both. Here's how i like to put it. "I have 10k+ followers on social media, but only 5 will show up to my birthday party." ^_^



23. Are you more inclined to “build your own empire” or unleash the potential of others? Unleashing the potential in others, cuz hell, what do I know about building my own empire?!



24. What’s a strange occurrence you’ve experienced but have never (or rarely) shared with anyone? Yes. Only a number of my E3 family have heard it. It involves a small fish with a bright light that guides me underwater. Wouldn't you like to know more?



25. What do you think about more than anything else? Food. Coffee. Yes. What's the next new thing I need to try!



26. What’s something that amazes you? Jesus Christ. Do you know him? ^_^



27. Do you prefer that people shoot straight with you or temper their words? Why? I hate to waste time. I rather them shoot it straight forward than sugar coating it.



28. Where’s your favourite place to take an out-of-town guest? It all depends! Usually, people reach out to me for food recommendations. And if they're a unique event happening, I would suggest it and take them there. A few of my favorites: Portola Coffee, Anaheim Packing District, LA Arts District, LACMA



29. What’s one thing you’d rather pay someone to do than do yourself? Why? Arguing and debating with people. Can someone else do that for me? :P



30. Do you have a catchphrase? Treat Yourself. ^_^



31. What’s your reaction towards people who are outspoken about their beliefs? What conditions cause you to dislike or, conversely, enjoy talking with them? When it's something I dislike, I would remove myself. And the two topics I like to avoid: religion and politics. Now, when it comes to food and events, I'm all ears.



32. How and where do you prefer to study? "I never knew, just what it was, about this old coffee shop I love so much..."



33. What position do you sleep in? Monkey. Is that such a thing? :D My dad tells me I sleep like a monkey cuz I move around a lot.



34. What’s your all-time favorite town or city? Why? It would be my hometown Sacramento. It's a love hate relationship, but it's my home.



35. What are the top three qualities that draw you to someone new? Physical: smile, eyes, and appearance (how they dress themselves) Mentally: easy to talk to, friendly, and charming



36. How has your birth order/characteristics of siblings affected you? I'm the oldest in my family. Cons: parents are more strict. There's more pressure. More responsibilities. I follows rules. And when we're all in trouble, I take the blame. I'm a messenger between my parents and siblings. Pros:I'm more protective of my younger siblings. I get to do things first. I get to be a little more authoritative. I learn the importance of setting an example. (That means I make all the mistakes first so my siblings don't repeat history!)



37. If you could eliminate one weakness or limitation in your life, what would it be? Procrastination. Overthinking. Fear. Anxiety. Oops. I named more than one, didn't I?



38. If you could restore one broken relationship, which would it be? What's broken, stays broken...



39. If you had to change your first name, what would you change it to? Leena-Is-Super-Bad-Ass. Haha.



40. Do you believe ignorance is bliss? Why or why not?   Ignorance is bliss, but only to a certain extent. I can't always stay oblivious to things.



41. What do you consider unforgivable? To be honest, everything that has happened to me, unfavorably, has been forgiven. I hope it stays that way.



42. Have you forgiven yourself for past personal failures? Why or why not? Let bygones be bygones. Things in the past, I cannot change. So, moving forward, I will give it my best.



43. How difficult is it for you to forgive someone who refuses to apologize? Because I found God, it became easy. Cuz God knows I am not a forgiving person.



44.Do you hold any convictions that you would be willing to die for? No, but I would sacrifice my own life to protect someone I love or save a child's life.



45. To what extent do you trust people? Explain. I only trust a handful of people. They know me at my best and at my worst. 3. Give or take.



46. In what area of your life are you immature? My 20s. I did a lot of stupid shit, but I will say it help molded me into the person I am today.



47. What was the best news you ever received? I think I'm still waiting on the best news..



48. How difficult is it for you to be honest, even when your words may be hurtful or unpopular? Honestly is the best policy. Rather be hurt with the truth than comforted by lies.



49. When did you immediately click with someone you just met? Why? What was the long term result? Conversely, are you close with anyone now that you really disliked at first? Chudy! I met him under not-so-great circumstances, but what bloomed was an everlasting friendship that's still going strong today. Love yoU!



50. When do you find yourself singing? In the car. In the shower. In bed. ^_^
