Temple Coffee Roasters

Did you know Sacramento is listed as one of the Top 10 US coffee cities in the country? Believe it or not, Sacramento is home to a lot of great coffee shops in California. (#SacramentoProud)

One that I frequently visit is Temple Coffee

I'll admit it, I was an avid Starbucks coffee drinker. You know, heavy whipped cream,  drizzled with caramel and chocolate... You know, a cup of everything BUT the coffee!!

I first discovered Temple Coffee a few years ago at their S St. location. I was not familiar with the coffee menu. Where's the biscotti? Where's the whipped cream? Where are the different flavored lattes?! So I ordered "A" latte. I was hooked! Eventually, I stopped going to Starbucks, and upgraded my latte to a cappuccino.

When I want some alone time, I'll have coffee and people watch at the Temple Coffee located at the S street. They have a charming outdoor patio seating where I often people watch.  Lots of woodcraft and exotic plants that surrounds the outdoor patio. ^_^ This is also the only location that has their roasters room which you can experience to know how to make a great, authentic imported coffee.

The Temple Coffee located on 22nd and K is very spacious and beautiful! Plenty of seating inside and outside, pretty penny floors (kudos to the people who meticulously glued each one to the floor!) This place feels really cozy, especially during autumn and winter season.

If you're feeling adventurous, try their floats. Nitro Cascara Tea Float with white peace strawberry sorbet, and Nitro Uncut Cold Brew with brown sugar bourbon gelato. MmMM... So if you're not a coffee drinker, but still looking for something yummy to drink, I recommend the Cascara Float. This location is the only location that serves the floats.

When I want to play catch up with my family and friends, I would take them to have coffee at this location. It's visually stimulating and really, my friends always asks me to take me to the coffee shop with the pretty penny floors.

So, who's down for coffee? ^_^
